Registering

I am trying to register but it says my username is already in use?
Many people register on CruiserStuff.co.za, so it is advisable to have a unique username, for example, "Johnny1985" (your name followed by your year of birth) or your e-mail address as a username.
This should ensure a smooth registration.


Shipment

I have paid and sent proof of payment, why does my order still state “Waiting for Payment”?
Some payments can take up to 2 days to show in our account depending on what bank you are with.
Cheques (remember those?) take 7 working days to clear so we would recommend EFT or Credit card payments (once we are able to receive those).
International transfers will typically take longer.

How much will it cost to ship a product or my entire order?
Shipping prices should be automatically calculated once you add your item(s) to the Shopping Cart and you have entered your delivery address and postal code.
For local (South African) orders, delivery will be free if you order over a certain Rand value, which may change from time to time, but will be indicated on CruiserStuff.co.za
Delivery prices are calculated based on a number of factors, such as Order Value, Total Weight, Volumetric Weight, Location, etcetera.

How long will it take for CruiserStuff.co.za to ship my order?
You are important to us, so as a rule, we will endeavour to ship your entire order within 24 hours, but this might be extended, due to reasons such as Stock availability, Public Holidays, Examination stress and other unforeseen circumstances.

Can I change my delivery address after I have ordered?
It’s not possible to change your delivery address after confirming your order, because the information is immediately sent to the relevant courier. Please, always double check that your address details are correct at checkout.

Can I collect my order?
Since this is an online business only, you can unfortunately not collect your order.


Coupons

I am trying to complete the checkout, but I do not have a coupon code.
Coupons are issued for a number of reasons, but this does not necessarily mean that you will have one, in which case just leave the field blank.

My coupon code does not work.
Please make sure you have first registered and logged in before the code will work.
If the coupon code has been used before, it will not work again.
Some coupons may have limitations on them, such as expiry dates, or only valid for certain qualifying items, or minimum order value, etcetera. Please verify yours against such factors.

Technical

How do I change my e-mail address or phone number?
Please log in to your account with the e-mail address, which you used when registering. Go to My Account | Personal Details. Change your address and/or phone number and Save the changes.

How do I unsubscribe from your newsletters?
To update your newsletter preferences, go to My Account at the top of the page and click on Newsletter Subscriptions.  
If you don’t want to receive any newsletters you can tick the box, 'Unsubscribe from all CruiserStuff newsletters', and then click on the 'Save preferences' button.
Alternatively, you can use the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of a recent CruiserStuff newsletter.
