Rail Mount Latch Kit

Description

Rail Mount Latch Kit is purpose built for mounting any kind of box onto a cross-bar of any make that has T-slots. Just install the kit onto any T-slot rail and fit the retainer hook to your box and you are ready to go. The kits come in 2 latches + retainers per set, so you may need 2 sets depending on your installation requirements. The latch is adjustable and fits most boxes with-out adjustments. Only the 83L Skitch Long box needs adjustments to the latch-hook.

The kit is built to last from heavy duty 3mm steel that is E-coated, and powder coated. All the supplied bolts are stainless, and T-nuts are aluminium or chrome plated. The kits can also be used to fasten other goods down onto roof-top carriers and roof-racks of any make. The system is lockable with up-to a 10mm padlock but is supplied with 2 pcs 8mm stainless D-shackles for quick-release. The system must have one or the other to work, please ensure you understand this as it is essential to a successful installation of the system. Once the system is installed and set-up, a box can be installed totally securely and removed in under 30 seconds.

Although this item is universal-fit, it will only fit crossbars/rails/roof-racks/roof carriers/canopies that have built-in T-slots, so please ask us if you are not sure.
