Returns Policy
I’m convinced that you wouldn't need to, and definitely wouldn't want to return your purchase.
In the unlikely event that there is a manufacturing defect or we mysteriously managed to send you the incorrect item, please return your defective/incorrect product within 7 days of receipt of same, and we will gladly exchange for the same or similar - in most instances, since some items may not be returned. In the above instance, we'll even pay for shipping to us and we’ll pay for the shipping the replacement product back to you – All is fair in love and war ;-)
In the event that we cannot exchange, we will gladly refund your purchase in full. After all, we’re nice guys who don’t want to steal your money – we would prefer that you donate it to my worthy cause.
CruiserStuff's Extractor (Snake Bite Kit): As with many Medical / Medicinal products, returns and refunds can unfortunately not be entertained. We know that you will be happy with this purchase for years to come, and honestly, hope that you would never need to use it, but if you do, it will be close by and actually be worth ten thousand times what you paid for it.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). This time period is largely also dependent on where in the world the item is sent from to us. If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. If the system can not automatically calculate this, we might need to get our hands dirty and liaise with the Courier company and revert. Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights might be rounded up to the next full kilogram.
